You will be responsible for providing guidance, conducting regular reviews, and ensuring your team maintains the highest standards.

  • Balance clinical and commercial goals to deliver quality results.
  • Nurture relationships with your team and clients.
Required Skills

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Rehabilitation Counselling, Psychology, or Social Work.
  • Registration with AHPRA, ESSA ASORC, or AASW is essential.
  • Full working rights and a valid Australian driving license.
  • Prior experience in an Occupational Rehabilitation setting is highly valued.
