As a Game Development Facilitator, you will play a crucial role in bringing our games to life. You will collaborate with teams across departments to meet deadlines, manage resources to stay within production limitations, and develop innovative processes when roadblocks arise.

Your Mission:

As a Game Development Facilitator, you will be responsible for facilitating the development of our games. This includes running the execution of the game development process to produce high-quality content, working with development teams to define and meet project landmarks, and managing project resources and needs to meet production schedules.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitating the development of our games from start to finish.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
  • Managing project resources and timelines to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Developing and implementing innovative processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Ensuring all vital project documentation is complete and up-to-date.
  • Maintaining a productive and communicative working environment.
  • Identifying and resolving issues between schedule and design goals.

Player Profile:

To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:
  • At least 2+ years' experience in the entertainment software industry in a project management or coordination role.
  • Production experience of the life-cycle of video-game software development on console, PC, and/or Mobile platforms.
  • Ability to complete root cause analysis and suggest solutions for removing inefficiencies.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Experience running either internal or external development teams.
  • Solid ability to work under rapid development cycles.
  • Able to successfully employ standard software development tools such as Excel, JIRA, Confluence, etc.

Extra Points:

The following qualifications will be given extra consideration:
  • Bachelors' degree in computer science, engineering, or related technical field or meaningful work experience.
  • Proven experience with project management software.
  • Project Management training and certification.
