Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to fill the role of an I.T Trainee Field & Workshop Support Specialist.

This position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse range of products and services, implementing intricate Information Technology solutions as part of a dynamic technical department.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide warranty support for I.T hardware equipment in field settings
  • Conduct repairs and prep work in workshop environments
  • Assist senior engineers on various projects
  • Imaging of computers for deployment
  • Installation of operating systems for efficient system operation
  • Complete accurate service documentation as required

Key Requirements:

  • A minimum of one year experience in an IT support role
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Relevant IT qualifications or certifications
  • Reliability, punctuality, and strong organizational skills
  • Accurate problem resolution skills with clear documentation
  • Attention to detail for quality work delivery
  • Current NSW Driver's License and reliable vehicle for transportation
