This role is centered around the assessment of residents' needs and the delivery of high-quality personalized care.
The successful candidate will develop individualized care plans and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuous evaluation and improvement of our services.
Main Responsibilities- Assess residents' needs and provide personalized care.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans and collaborate with other healthcare professionals.
- Continuously evaluate and improve care services to meet residents' changing needs.
- AHPRA registration and at least one year's experience as a Registered Nurse in aged care.
- Strong clinical, care coordination, and mentoring skills.
- Expertise in wound care, diabetes management, and medication systems.
- A genuine passion for working with older people to enhance their health, happiness, and quality of life.
- Competitive hourly rate from $44.76 - $56.45 + 12% super.
