Job Description

As a senior leader in our organization, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing forward-thinking safety programs that make a real impact. Our business supports top-tier mining clients and is now seeking a passionate and proven leader to provide strategic and operational HSQE leadership across the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic and operational HSQE leadership across the business.
  • Inspire and lead a large team of HSQE Managers and Advisors.
  • Collaborate closely with clients and internal stakeholders to improve safety performance.
  • Drive continuous improvement across safety systems, governance, and culture.
  • Build strong relationships with top-tier mining clients.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A proven background as a loyal and committed safety leader with experience in transformational change at senior/exec level.
  • Deep technical knowledge of HSE systems and governance frameworks.
  • A track record of building credibility and trust with major clients.
  • A collaborative leadership style with a passion for team development.
  • Confidence operating in complex, high-risk environments.
