The Opportunity Reporting to the Executive General Manager HSQE, you will be a trusted advisor to senior leaders across the business, helping shape and implement practical, forward-thinking safety programs that make a real impact.With a strong focus on safety excellence and client service, this role is about more than compliance, it's about creating value through genuine partnership with the customers and internal business.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide strategic and operational HSQE leadership across the business Inspire and lead a large team of HSQE Managers and Advisors Collaborate closely with clients and internal stakeholders to lift safety performance Drive continuous improvement across safety systems, governance, and culture Build strong, enduring relationships with top-tier mining clients What You Bring To succeed in this role, you will have:A proven background as a loyal, committed, safety leader that has been apart of transformational change at senior / exec level.
A strong background in high-risk industries, ideally supporting the resources sector in non-production, non-construction environments Deep technical knowledge of HSE systems and governance frameworks A track record of building credibility and trust with major clients A collaborative, coaching-focused leadership style with a passion for team development Confidence operating in complex, high-risk, client-facing environments Able to be based in Perth permanently with some east coast travel.
