We are seeking a skilled Assistant Baker to join our bakery in Melbourne.

The successful candidate will play a key role in the smooth delivery of baked goods and supporting efficient production.

  • Cleaning and Preparation of Baking Materials: Cleaning and preparation of all baking materials for specific jobs
  • Assembly of Dry and Wet Goods: Assembling dry and wet goods for production
  • Execution of Sourdough Recipes: Working autonomously and in a team to execute sourdough recipes (mixing/shaping/baking)
  • Utilization of Industrial Equipment: Utilising industrial equipment for efficient production
  • Baked Goods Storage and Packaging: Ensuring all baked goods are stored and packaged properly
