_BreadHaus_ (Altona Meadows) is an independent bakery with positions available for Qualified Bakers, Baking Assistants and Apprentice Bakers.

As the bakery grows, we aim to have a shift of day bakers, along with the early morning bakers.

The roles will be comprised of:

- Mixing dough
- Yield calculations of doughs ( same run each day)
- Operating the rack oven and deck oven
- Preparing retarders for the next day
- Hand moulding
- Topping pizzas and savoury rolls
- Icing sweet products
- Sourdough production
- Good food hygiene practices
