Dynamic Centre Director Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious professional to lead the development of a high-quality brand, establishing a flagship centre that sets the standard for exceptional child care in the South East Melbourne area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and establish a unique centre ethos and philosophy as the foundation for the "Precious Seeds" brand.
  • Collaborate with an inspirational management team to promote and establish the Precious Seeds brand at Hallam and other locations.
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for children, families, staff, and visitors.
  • Maintain policies and procedures aligned with legislation, guaranteeing compliance with the National Quality Framework.
  • Design and implement an inspiring educational program, meeting the requirements of the National Quality Framework and relevant government regulations.
  • Effectively manage staff rosters, teams, and leave arrangements to ensure consistency of care.
  • Administer tasks such as email communication, Storypark, Xplor, Qikkids, Excel, Word, knowledge of CCS, and implementation of government-funded kindergarten programs.
  • Drive growth and development by managing centre resources and performance.
  • Provide exceptional customer service through enrolment inquiries, tours, and orientations.
  • Support educators' professional development and performance, fostering a culture of inclusivity and continuous learning.
