About the Centre Aspire Atherstone is a well-established childcare and kindergarten centre located in the vibrant Atherstone Estate, Strathtulloh.
As the sister centre to Aspire Cobblebank, Atherstone is conveniently positioned at the corner of Atherstone Boulevard and Bridge Road, just minutes from Wilton Fields Park, Atherstone Adventure Park, and Strathtulloh Primary School.
Our Atherstone centre is staffed by an experienced team of dedicated and qualified educators, all committed to delivering exceptional early education and care.
We pride ourselves on working closely with families to accommodate individual needs and provide personalised support for each child.
Our educators bring strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and the Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework, ensuring every child is given the opportunity to thrive.
The Opportunity We are seeking a highly experienced and confident Centre Manager to lead our established Atherstone service.

Your Responsibilities Lead and inspire a high-performing team to deliver exceptional care and education Oversee daily centre operations including compliance, enrolments, staffing, and budgets Build strong, lasting relationships with families, educators, and local community stakeholders Drive quality improvement and support ongoing professional development of the team Maintain high standards in line with the National Quality Framework and Aspire's values Why Aspire?
