**Asset Data Improvement Lead Role**
We are seeking an enthusiastic and positive professional to lead our asset data improvement initiatives.
The Asset Data Improvement Lead is accountable for the integrity and completeness of our asset data, ensuring it meets corporate and business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and implement data improvement programs and initiatives.
- Conduct stakeholder engagement to determine what data improvements are required.
- Develop visualisations of data to inform decision making.
- Provide knowledge and support to team members.
Requirements:
- Relevant tertiary education or equivalent experience.
- Human-centred leadership skills with a commitment to modelling positive leadership behaviours.
- A high level of attention to detail with creative problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills with particular emphasis on consultation, negotiation and influencing change.
