Compound Coordinator Role Overview">

The Compound Coordinator plays a vital supporting role at our facility, assisting with day-to-day operations and administration. Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting operational processes to ensure full compliance with customer contracts and service standards
  • Leading or participating in meetings, following up on issues and driving performance improvements
  • Collecting and analyzing performance data to support the Operations Manager in improving key metrics such as cost per vehicle and damage reduction
  • Managing transit damage claims and non-conformance reporting, driving root cause analysis and resolution
  • Coordinating weekly stocktake programs to maintain accurate inventory records
  • Assisting with training delivery and staff evaluations

Our ideal candidate has experience in customer service in transport operations and is ready to step-up to this level.

They should also have:

  • Previous experience in the Transport and Logistics industry, with a solid understanding of operational workflows and service delivery
  • A proactive, safety-first mindset with a commitment to OHS&E compliance, team development, and customer satisfaction
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with diverse teams across all levels of the organization
  • Strong geographical knowledge of metropolitan, regional, and rural areas across Australia, including major road networks and transport routes
  • Basic-intermediate experience in MS Office applications, and capable of learning new systems, software, and technology

Candidates will be required to complete a medical assessment and national police check.
