Job Title: Performing Arts Instructor

The successful candidate will create an engaging learning environment by utilizing diverse teaching methods and approaches to cater for individual student needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a stimulating and challenging Performing Arts curriculum for students
  • Maintain a healthy and positive learning atmosphere
  • Provide regular, meaningful feedback to students on their progress
  • Collaborate with support staff to implement the curriculum
  • Lead musical activities as part of the co-curricular program

Additional Requirements:

  • Advocate Child Safety practices throughout the school community
  • Contribute to a safe and healthy work environment
  • Stay current with first aid, mandatory reporting, and anaphylaxis training
  • Participate in supervision duties as required

Qualifications:

  • Registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT)
  • Three professional references, including a current Principal

The successful applicant will demonstrate professionalism and collegiate relationships with colleagues and uphold the standards expected of a teacher.
