Job Title: Lead Digital Analyst

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a high-performing digital analytics team and drive strategic insights that shape our digital experience.

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive analytics strategy that optimises conversion, supports member goals, and influences product delivery.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to align analytics with shared outcomes, ensuring seamless collaboration between product, UX, marketing, and technology teams.
  • Oversee data quality and governance, ensuring accurate tracking, tagging, and measurement standards across digital platforms.
  • Translate complex data into actionable insights, using storytelling and visualisation to present findings and influence decision-making at all levels.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A proven leader who inspires and empowers others, builds strong relationships, and thrives in collaborative environments.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in fields such as Mathematics, Data Science, Economics or similar, or equivalent hands-on experience in digital analytics.
  • Technical proficiency across Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and data visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI, Looker Studio).
  • Significant experience in digital or data analytics within large, complex, or multi-brand environments, with a strong grasp of web and app behaviour analysis.
  • Working knowledge of SQL and Excel, with familiarity in Python or R a bonus.
  • A solid understanding of segmentation, funnel analysis, and A/B testing.
