About the Position

We are seeking a seasoned UX Researcher II to contribute significantly to our understanding of user behaviors, needs, and motivations.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute research; analyze findings and recommendations
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand research questions
  • Makes connections with overall product strategy
  • Synthesizes analytics, customer insight, and data to focus research
  • Tracks patterns in data to inform trends in usage
  • Analyzes and synthesizes qualitative and quantitative data into findings and insights
  • Articulates use cases, informed by user needs; advocates user-driven recommendations to improve overall user experience

Requirements

  • A degree in Psychology, Human Factors, Anthropology, Human Geography, or a related field
  • At least 3-5 years working as UX Researcher or User Researcher
  • Able to understand and navigate corporate culture
  • Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset
