Accounts Receivable Professional

This is an exciting opportunity to join a reputable organization as an Accounts Receivable Officer. You will be responsible for managing accounts receivables, allocating customer payments, and reconciling debtors.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 1-2 years experience in accounts receivable, preferably from a corporate environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as system knowledge of Oracle and/or Excel.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing accounts receivables including credit card payments and refunds
  • Allocating customer payments to debtor's accounts according to the remittance advice
  • Receipting, allocating and reconciling debtors
  • Monitoring customer accounts and liaising with customers to settle within credit terms and limits
