Job Title:

We are currently seeking reliable and skilled Construction Workers to join our team in the Western Suburbs.

About the Role:

This is a physically demanding position that requires working outdoors for extended periods of time. The successful candidate will be responsible for subsoil preparation, spreading topsoil, tree and shrub planting, mowing and weeding, and holding a valid White Card.

Duties:

  • Site Preparation: Assist with the preparation of construction sites by clearing debris, leveling ground, and preparing subsoil.
  • Landscape Maintenance: Plant trees, shrubs, and other vegetation as required. Maintain parks and housing estates through regular mowing, planting, and weeding.
  • White Card Compliance: Hold a current White Card and ensure all site safety protocols are adhered to at all times.
  • Availability: Be available to work Monday to Friday, with flexible hours to accommodate changing project requirements.

Requirements:

  • Previous Experience: Demonstrate previous experience working in a similar role, preferably in the construction or landscaping industry.
  • Physical Fitness: Possess a high level of physical fitness, enabling you to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment.
  • Certifications: Hold a current White Card and any other relevant certifications.
  • Work Ethic: Display a strong work ethic, with excellent attendance and a commitment to meeting deadlines.
  • Safety Attitude: Demonstrate a strong attitude towards safety, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and others.
