Role Description

An Assistant Educator is responsible for delivering high-quality educational programs to young children, promoting their social, emotional, and cognitive development.

The ideal candidate will possess a Certificate 3 or Diploma Qualification in Children's Services, an understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS), and relevant experience within an Early Childhood service.

A successful applicant will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, a current Working with Children Check, and First Aid certification.

They will be able to build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues, and contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment.
