About the service and roleThis welcoming Early Childhood Service is centrally located in Wagga Wagga, close to schools, parks, and local amenities.

As the ECT in the Kindergarten room, you will:Lead a team of educators and guide meaningful learning experiences Design and evaluate programs tailored to each child's unique interests and strengthsBuild relationships with families, schools, and the local communityHelp the centre maintain or exceed the National Quality Standard Our approach is informed by contemporary research and includes frameworks like Circle of Security, Project-Based Learning, and the Abecedarian Approach, giving you access to some of the most advanced early childhood pedagogies.Our successful Early Childhood Teacher will have:NESA registration (mandatory)Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or ACECQA-approved equivalentAt least 12 months of experience as an Early Childhood TeacherAvailability to work full-time on a rotating rosterConfidence in having meaningful discussions with families Strong understanding of the planning cycle and early learning frameworks At Early Years Talent, we connect passionate early childhood professionals with meaningful opportunities across Australia.
