About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager - Remedial Construction to lead and expand our clients established remedial division within a leading head contractor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the growth of the remedial construction division, including façade and cladding replacements, waterproofing, structural damage repairs, and crack remediation.
  • Develop and implement business strategies to expand market presence and client base.
  • Leverage existing client relationships and build new partnerships to secure ongoing work.
  • Oversee project delivery, ensuring projects meet timelines, budgets, and quality expectations.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and contribute to the overall strategic direction of the business.
  • Manage and mentor a dedicated team of project managers, supervisors, and site teams.
  • Ensure compliance with all industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the remedial construction or similar sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of remedial construction processes, including façade/cladding, waterproofing, and structural repairs.
  • Strong business development skills with the ability to leverage networks and create new opportunities.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills.
  • A track record of delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget.
