Ey Parthenon delivers real-world value through transformative strategy, transactions, tax and corporate finance. Our Manager will collaborate with a highly experienced and dedicated Living sector team within a national Real Estate Transactions and Delivery practice.
- Assist on and be at the forefront of Living sector valuations and transactions.
- Provide financial and feasibility modelling assistance on a variety of projects and transactions for income-producing and development assets.
- Collaborate on strategic advice to clients on portfolio strategy and optimization.
- Provide vendor and acquisition due diligence for clients disposing or acquiring real estate assets or portfolios of assets in the living sector.
- Contribute to thought leadership papers and market research analysis.
- Collaborate on new and innovative Living sector practices.
- Support valuation review and risk assessment for audit clients.
- Deliver solutions using real estate technology applications.
The successful candidate will have a general understanding of the Living Sector, strong analytical skills, communication skills and keen attention to detail, demonstrated experience as a Qualified Valuer or Assistant Valuer, and professional accreditation either as a CPV of the API or MRICS is preferred.
