Your Key Responsibilities:- Lead Living sector valuations and transactions projects
- Develop financial and feasibility models for income-producing and development assets
- Provide strategic advice on portfolio strategy and optimization
- Conduct vendor and acquisition due diligence for clients
- Research market trends and contribute to thought leadership papers
- Collaborate on new Living sector practices
- Review valuations and assess risk for audit clients
- Implement real estate technology applications
To succeed in this role, you'll need strong analytical skills, effective communication skills, and attention to detail. You should have a general understanding of the Living Sector and experience in client-facing roles. Professional accreditation is preferred.
