Role Overview

The Student Engagement Digital Systems Officer role plays a pivotal part in supporting the Student Engagement team by effectively managing and optimizing digital platforms, including Cvent. This involves designing, building, and managing events within Cvent and other relevant technologies, collaborating with stakeholders to deliver engaging student-focused events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage events in Cvent and other digital platforms
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to understand and translate requirements
  • Ensure efficient use of our systems for delivering student-focused events
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience using digital platforms effectively (preferably Cvent or similar event platforms), including troubleshooting, optimizing performance, and training others on best practices
  • Ability to liaise with stakeholders to understand requirements
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting
  • Strong organizational and time management skills for fast-paced settings
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and technologies
Working Conditions

This role is subject to passing a Working with Children Check and National Police Check.
