About the Role

As a Digital Integration Specialist, you will be responsible for managing relationships with stakeholders and policy owners to facilitate streamlined digital interactions and system configuration.

You will plan, coordinate and execute digital interactions and solutions to meet stakeholder needs and support successful grant program delivery.

Your key accountabilities include:

  • Managing relationships with stakeholders and policy owners to facilitate digital integration.
  • Planning and coordinating digital interactions and solutions to meet stakeholder needs.

To be considered for this role, you must demonstrate:

  • Data literacy: advanced reporting and data analysis skills using tools like Salesforce Inspector and Data Loader.
  • Project delivery: demonstrated project management skills and understanding of government grant program management and delivery.
  • Systems thinking: knowledge of existing and emerging digital platforms and technology solutions.
  • Stakeholder management and leadership: ability to develop effective working relationships as a leader of a team delivering services to a wide range of stakeholders.

Desired qualifications include experience with Salesforce, Dashcord, Jotform, Conga, Salesforce Data Loader, and Salesforce Inspector. A relevant tertiary degree and experience in government would also be highly regarded.

This role requires a high level of flexibility, collaboration, and leadership. You must be able to work independently and deliver multiple tasks to a high standard. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
