Our offerings encompass aged care, disability support, transitional assistance, and palliative services.
We are in search of a dedicated Gardener/Lawn Care Specialist who possesses enthusiasm and a genuine passion for providing empathetic and respectful service. Our primary objective is to empower our clients to live independently and enhance their quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver holistic care to clients
- Exhibit a commitment to empowering and caring for individuals
- Maintain a compassionate and respectful demeanor towards clients, including seniors and those with disabilities
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Show reliability, integrity, and a strong work ethic
- Pay close attention to detail and work effectively both independently and collaboratively
- Manage time efficiently and possess strong organizational skills
- Oversee the upkeep and repair of gardening tools and equipment
This role involves providing services to clients in the Rockhampton and Capricorn Coast regions.
Required Qualifications
- Successful completion of an Australian National Police check
- Current first aid and CPR certification
- Possession of a Blue Card
- Access to a smart mobile device
- Valid driver's license
- Working at heights certification (preferred)
- Certificate III in Aged Care/Individual Care (preferred but not mandatory)
