About the Role

As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for administering, configuring and continuously improving the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform for optimal performance.
  • Deliver end-to-end technical solutions from design to release.
  • Configure and support core modules including Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Service Catalog, PPM and more.
  • Develop workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies and integrations (REST/SOAP APIs).
  • Collaborate using Agile/SCRUM methodologies to gather requirements and deliver enhancements.
  • Apply ITIL best practices and contribute to ITSM process maturity.
  • Maintain documentation, support testing protocols and provide training.
  • Monitor platform performance and manage upgrades.
  • Identify improvement opportunities and contribute to the product roadmap.
Culture & Compliance

Champion ITSM excellence and ServiceNow adoption. Ensure compliance with governance, risk and regulatory frameworks. Perform duties aligned with business needs and role scope.
