About the Role

As a Senior ServiceNow Technical Lead, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing innovative IT solutions to drive business value. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping our clients' technology landscape.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop cutting-edge ServiceNow solutions that align with our clients' strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects, leveraging your technical acumen and industry knowledge.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into tailored ServiceNow configurations, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Mentor and lead team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of ServiceNow best practices, staying up-to-date with the latest product releases and features.
About You

We seek a seasoned professional with a proven track record in ServiceNow implementation, project management, and technical leadership. Your ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders is essential.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow implementation, focusing on Migration, Transformation, and IT Outsourcing initiatives.
  • Strong application development and integration experience, with a solid understanding of ServiceNow's ITSM, ITOM, and SecOps modules.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Possession of relevant certifications, such as ITIL or ServiceNow CSA/CIS, is highly desirable.
