About the JobThis is an exciting opportunity for a Nurse Unit Manager to join our team and take on a leadership role in delivering high-quality patient care. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a dedicated team, ensuring the delivery of safe, effective, and person-centered rehabilitation care.
Responsibilities- Lead a Clinical Team: Provide strategic and operational leadership to the nursing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Patient Care: Ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality, and person-centered rehabilitation care to patients, achieving optimal patient outcomes through evidence-based practice.
- Resource Management: Effectively manage resources, staff development, and interdisciplinary collaboration to support patients in regaining independence and transitioning safely back to the community.
- Registered Nurse-Division 1 with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (APHRA) and Relevant management tertiary qualification or equivalent work experience.
- Demonstrated commitment to professional development, strong communication, interpersonal, and digital skills.
- Proven ability to lead, support, and develop a clinical team within a multidisciplinary environment.
