Project Director Opportunity

As a senior project professional, you will serve as the on-site manager, responsible for the overall direction, completion, and financial outcome of a large or complex construction project, or multiple small projects.

  • You will develop the project safety plan with corporate safety and provide leadership on site.
  • You will develop and implement project controls and procedures to manage complex project requirements; take ownership to mitigate high-risk items for contract requirements.
  • You will manage project financial forecast, notice provisions, and billings to meet contract requirements; take corrective actions to address deviations noted in project metrics.
  • You will create and manage a project-specific quality plan aligned with contract documents and assist with execution.
  • You will create and manage a closeout plan in alignment with contract documents and assist with execution.
  • You will provide leadership in motivating the project team and maintain a positive work environment.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Construction Management and 8-12 years of experience. Experience in Health Care, Advanced Manufacturing Science and Technology, Life Science, K-12, Higher Education is preferred. The candidate should have strong technical and communication skills, ability to work in a team environment, knowledge of industry standard software, and Microsoft Office skills.
