Occupational Therapist

Gorilla Jobs is seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist, Exercise Physiologist, or Physiotherapist to join our team as a Workplace Rehabilitation Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a reputable and growing employer, providing exceptional services and support to individuals in need of workplace rehabilitation.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough assessments of worksites, functionalities, ergonomics, equipment, and homes to identify potential hazards and barriers to return to work.
- Collaborate with clients, insurers, medical professionals, and employers to develop and implement effective return to work plans that meet the needs of all parties involved.
- Design and implement initiatives to support injured employees in reintegrating into the workforce, including ergonomic assessments, equipment recommendations, and training programs.
- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, or Physiotherapy.
- Full registration with the relevant professional body (AHPRA or ESSA).
- Unrestricted Australian working rights.
- Current driver's license and comprehensively insured vehicle.
- While experience is preferred, it is not essential for this role.
