Drive Business Growth as a Sales Leader

You will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expanding market share by managing customer relationships, developing new opportunities, and executing sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve sales targets through effective execution of the sales strategy, leveraging all communication channels and face-to-face interactions.
  • Proactively manage and develop existing and new customer relationships, exploring product opportunities within an assigned territory and/or customer segment to drive business growth and market share.
  • Execute business plans and sales strategies to preserve and grow account sales and customer segments, using industry knowledge and fostering cross-functional collaboration and value-creation.
  • Identify customer potentials and initiate opportunities to drive cross-selling/range-sell/value-based pricing, increasing GP and product portfolio.
  • Maintain customer opportunity pipeline and potentials in CRM system, liaising with relevant internal stakeholders to determine the best solution for the customer and extracting maximum value.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in sciences, chemistry or related discipline.
  • 5+ years B2B sales experience in a Personal Care related sales role.
  • Experience in distribution, chemical or other similar industry desirable but not essential.
  • Proven track record of sales experience with knowledge of account management.
  • Results orientated with strong solution-based selling skills, must have a best practice continuous improvement and customer excellence mindset.
