Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled operator to work in a dynamic team environment.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Loading reels onto the printer and ensuring jobs run smoothly.
  • Re-webbing paper manually when breaks occur, including walking and climbing stairs alongside the printer.
  • Maintenance tasks involve changing, cleaning, or checking printer components as per the maintenance log.
  • Hand stacking printed bundles onto pallets when the palletizer is not working or has been diverted due to jams.
  • General administration and housekeeping duties, including sweeping up dust.

The Reel Stand Operator works 12 hour shifts with varying schedules throughout the month. This long-term role offers opportunities for overtime.


Requirements

Our ideal candidate should possess excellent time management skills, attention to detail, and physical stamina to perform manual tasks.

Essential Skills:

  • Ability to lift heavy loads and navigate the production floor safely.
  • Familiarity with printer machinery and basic maintenance procedures.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within the team.
  • Adaptability to changing schedules and priorities.
