Job Summary

The Rostering Clerk will provide clerical support for the day-to-day operational management for all sites within ONCALL QLD. This role involves managing rostering for sites and individual client supports, shift swaps, and other roster changes daily.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct point of contact for employees in relation to roster management.
  • Manage rostering for sites and individual client supports, shift swaps, and any other roster changes daily.
  • Develop and maintain a good rapport with staff and stakeholders.
  • Respond to and appropriately manage employee queries in regard to their rosters.
Requirements
  • Previous rostering experience - highly valued.
  • Experience in a fast-paced customer service/call centre environment.
  • Good communication skills and ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to negotiate and manage stakeholders.
  • Strong IT skills (including Microsoft Office and Database experience).
