Project Manager Role

As a seasoned project manager, you will oversee key initiatives and play a pivotal role in ensuring their success. You will be responsible for planning and executing projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to deliver exceptional results that align with our strategic goals.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, ensuring timely completion, scope adherence, and budget optimization.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication channels with project sponsors, team members, cross-functional teams, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure deliverables, requirements, and schedules are met.
  • Conduct thorough risk analysis and develop mitigation strategies to address potential challenges, ensuring project success.
  • Prepare and present business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, and ROI documents to support project objectives.
  • Collaborate with teams to align project outcomes with business objectives, driving growth and profitability.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field, such as business administration or management.
  • PMP certification is preferred but not required.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a tech-driven or insurance-related industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering in-house software platforms and meeting customer needs.
