Hair and Beauty Retail Role

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Hair and Beauty Retail Assistant. As a key member of our sales floor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales through your passion for beauty and product expertise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct detailed hair health consultations to match customers with their perfect products
  • Share your growing product knowledge to help customers achieve their hair and beauty goals
  • Build lasting relationships through expert advice and genuine care
  • Drive sales through your authentic passion for beauty and product expertise
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a genuine passion for beauty and learning about new products. Previous retail or beauty industry experience is valuable but not essential – we are looking for someone who is eager to learn and grow with our team.
