Job Title

A Store Manager role is available in a retail store where you will lead the team to drive sales and performance.

About the Job:

We are seeking an experienced leader with great mentoring and coaching skills to manage all aspects of running the store. This includes leading, coaching and developing the team, providing an exceptional customer experience, driving sales and ensuring the achievement of all KPIs as set by the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage all aspects of running the store including leading, coaching and developing the team.
  2. Provide an exceptional customer experience through authentic and meaningful interactions.
  3. Drive sales and ensure the achievement of all KPIs as set by the company.
  4. Create an inspirational, supportive and informative environment for your team.
  5. Implement promotional and visual merchandising initiatives as directed by the VM team.
  6. Ensure store operations and retail standards are implemented and maintained.
  7. Create employee rosters and manage employee time recording/hours.
  8. Process and replenish stock according to company standards.
  9. Be an advocate of health and safety in the workplace.

  • You have outstanding communication skills.
  • You are passionate about all things fashion with great visual merchandising and styling skills.
  • A desire for continuous improvement.
  • The ability to work a Tuesday - Saturday roster.
