About the RoleThis dynamic position involves working across 16 theatres, catering to adults and paediatrics with a variety of surgical specialties. The hospital boasts state-of-the-art theatre facilities, a catheterization laboratory, and robotic surgery capabilities.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Demonstrating clinical expertise in procedures and managing patients during the perioperative journey
- Providing effective management of post-anaesthesia and postoperative complications
- Working collaboratively with the nursing team to deliver exceptional care every time
- Maintaining current knowledge and skills to ensure continued professional growth
To succeed in this role, you will need to have:
- A strong background as an Anaesthetics Registered Nurse with AHPRA registration (no restrictions)
- Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in both team and autonomous environments
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Commitment to delivering high-quality service to patients
