We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic team member to join our cafe as a Barista/Cafe All-Rounder. As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that every customer has a positive experience.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by being welcoming, friendly and attentive to customers' needs;
- Prepare and serve high-quality beverages and food products in a fast-paced environment;
- Maintain a clean and comfortable work environment, adhering to health and safety standards;
- Develop strong relationships with regular customers and provide personalized service;
- Work effectively as part of a small team, providing support and assistance when needed;
Key Qualifications:
- 1 year of experience as a barista (preferred);
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work well under pressure and multitask;
- High energy levels, reliability and honesty;
- Must have barista qualifications and skills;
Benefits:
