Job Overview:

We are seeking a Training Lead to oversee our comprehensive training programs, ensuring they align with business objectives.

This role involves leading the development and implementation of site training strategies that align with business goals, overseeing the end-to-end workflow of training programs, conducting site audits, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and strategic thinking skills in training, along with the ability to deliver both theoretical and practical training, within their subject matter area.

They will also possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office.

Experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and education background in training development are advantageous but not necessary.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement site training strategies that align with business goals
  • Oversight of end-to-end workflow of training programs
  • Conduct site audits to identify competency, capability, and compliance gaps
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum two years of manufacturing experience in an Operational, Training, SHES, or Quality role
  • Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills in training
  • Ability to deliver both theoretical and practical training, within their subject matter area
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Advantageous but not necessary: Experience using LMS and education background in training development
