Integration Specialist

This role is ideal for an experienced integration specialist looking to join a forward-thinking team working on modernising and streamlining critical business systems.

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to support the Integration Lead in planning and executing the overall integration strategy, as well as partner with cross-functional teams, vendors, and project stakeholders to implement scalable, efficient system integrations.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Support the Integration Lead in planning and execution of the overall integration strategy
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, vendors, and project stakeholders to implement scalable, efficient system integrations
  • Conduct thorough testing to ensure data accuracy, stability, and performance across platforms
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration-related issues, working across teams to identify root causes and apply long-term fixes
  • Maintain clear, detailed documentation for integration processes and data flows
  • Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues before they impact operations
Requirements
  • Essential Skills:
  • Strong experience working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM/D365
  • Deep understanding of integration design patterns and APIs
  • Proven ability to integrate core business systems, such as CRM, ERP (Practice Management), and Finance platforms
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work across teams in a fast-paced environment
