About the Role

As an Expert Integrity Advisor, you will play a key role in providing expert professional advice and consultancy services to executives, management, staff, and stakeholders on workplace performance, conduct, employee grievances, and discipline matters.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional skills in dispute resolution, negotiation, and communication, with the ability to manage complex integrity matters involving performance management, employee grievances, and employee discipline. You will also be responsible for driving processes and practices dedicated to superior, timely client service delivery and identifying opportunities for system improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert professional advice and representation on workplace performance, conduct, employee grievances, and discipline matters;
  • Manage complex integrity matters involving performance management, employee grievances, and employee discipline;
  • Drive processes and practices dedicated to superior, timely client service delivery;
  • Identify opportunities for system improvements;
  • Demonstrate exceptional written skills in preparing disciplinary 'show cause' notices, briefings, reports, submissions, and correspondence on integrity and employee relations matters;
  • Develop high-calibre interpersonal skills to liaise effectively and professionally with complainants, and provide succinct oral briefings on the progress of processes;
