As a skilled repair professional, you will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering exceptional car repair services.
Main Responsibilities- Conduct thorough inspections and execute high-quality repairs on various vehicle components including wheels, paintwork, interiors, and windshields.
- Develop and share knowledge with the team to enhance repair techniques.
- Support production by moving vehicles, washing them, and completing general tasks.
- Be open to learning new methods and adapting to changing requirements.
- Update work orders in real-time throughout the day.
- Experience in fast-paced environments, preferably not limited to automotive settings.
- A genuine interest in cars or a willingness to learn more about the industry.
- Comfort with technology, particularly Apple products, and the ability to quickly grasp new systems.
- Willingness to adapt to new processes and procedures.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure, managing shifting priorities and juggling multiple tasks.
- Attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality results.
- Valid NSW driver's license required.
