- Business Partner: Finance business partner for the Asset Management division. Provide finance expertise and guidance to stakeholders across the broader Asset Management and Group Advisory & Solution (GAS) teams.
- Monthly Reporting: Provide in-depth analysis of variances against comparison results and assess their impact on the full year forecast position.
- Cost Base: Perform overhead and margin analysis to identify opportunities to optimize the Asset Management cost base.
- Business Unit Performance: Monitor and support deliverables and business unit performance reporting to meet short and long-term financial targets.
- Continuous Improvement and Transformation: Actively support transformational change and continuous improvement of finance in line with Mirvac's strategic direction and finance operating model enhancements.
- CA / CPA / CFA qualified with prior experience working as a respected business partner.
- Demonstrable ability to partner with internal and external stakeholders.
- Resilient with the ability to think strategically, adapt to change, and deal with ambiguity and complexity.
- Proactive and self-motivated approach with the ability to solve problems and resolve issues as they arise.
