
Front-Office Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the front-to-back trading desk, providing technical assistance to the Global Equities platform estate.
- Ensure the technical delivery of key operational projects and initiatives, providing regular updates to stakeholders, users, and the Technology Enterprise team.
- Work closely with business stakeholders and deliver prompt responses to inquiries, supporting key cash execution platforms including Instinet Newport, FIS, and Fusion Raptor.
Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience in a Front/Back Office Support role.
- Experience working with execution and trading platforms, particularly Instinet Newport, FIS, and IRESS.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Unix, and SQL (physical and Cloud environments).
- Experience with order lifecycles to support Trading products.
- Familiarity with Electronic Execution (Algorithmic & DMA trading) and FIX protocol.
