Kinder Caring is seeking experienced independent Support Workers for immediate work opportunities in the East of Melbourne area.
As a SUPPORT WORKER, you will have access to the Kinder Caring App, which connects you to clients in your local area and provides flexibility in determining your own charge rates, work schedule, and client selection. You will also receive support from a dedicated team of Case Managers, Service Coordinators, and Clinical Nurse Managers.

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as a Support Worker, Assistant in Nursing, Care Worker, or similar role
- Certificate III in Aged Care/Disability/Individual Support or equivalent (or studying towards a nursing qualification)
- Current CPR, First Aid, National Police Check, NDIS Worker Screening Clearance, and Driver License
- Australian working rights
- Reliable vehicle and smartphone
- Two relevant work references
Skills and Qualifications:
- Reliable, compassionate, and caring individuals
- Physically fit, good communication and technology skills
- Able to work independently and in teams to meet client needs
- Committed to providing high-quality care and maintaining client dignity and choice
- Ability to provide personal care, meal preparation, domestic assistance, and companionship to our clients
