In this role, you will lead retail operations and stock management for the Brendale store and depot, driving sales, supporting volunteers, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining store presentation, and overseeing the sorting, pricing, and distribution of stock.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales targets through effective retail strategies
  • Maintain strong visual merchandising and store presentation standards
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the right products are delivered to the right stores, maximising sales and inventory turnover
  • Maintain pricing and sorting standards in line with National guidelines
  • Support, train, and develop a team of dedicated volunteers
  • Develop and maintain a depot layout that supports smooth product movement, efficient storage, and safety
  • Support Retail initiatives as needed

What You'll Need:

  • Demonstrated retail experience, preferably in a fashion environment
  • Strong leadership and influencing skills with a track record of managing, engaging, and developing staff
  • An ability to drive continuous improvement, provide accurate reporting, and analyse data
  • Strong written, interpersonal, and verbal communication skills
  • Strong time management and organisational skills with the ability to adapt quickly
