About the Role:

We're looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist to support our business in ensuring quality specifications and regulatory compliance. In this position, you will be responsible for performing release disposition of incoming goods and materials, managing product quality complaints, and supporting investigations triggered by local incidents and deviations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform Release Disposition: Ensure that all incoming goods and materials meet quality specifications and are properly stored and labeled.
  • Manage Product Quality Complaints: Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to product quality, providing timely and effective responses to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Support Investigations: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve incidents and deviations, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
  • Develop SOPs and Training Materials: Create and deliver Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and training materials to ensure consistent understanding and execution of quality processes.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze data and generate regular reports on quality performance metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Quality Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field, preferably within the industry.
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and analyze problems, developing creative solutions to improve quality processes and outcomes.
  • Teamwork: Proven ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with regulatory requirements pertaining to GMP & Medsafe expectations, with the ability to stay up-to-date on changes and updates.
  • Writing Skills: Proficient writing skills, with the ability to create clear and concise documents and reports.
