Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high-quality products and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct quality inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement.
  • Analyze data to inform quality control decisions and drive process improvements.
  • Develop and implement quality training programs for production staff.
  • Maintain accurate records of quality metrics and performance indicators.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a quality assurance role, preferably in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Prior experience with quality management systems (QMS) and ISO 9001 standards.
