Position: Customer Service Associate

Location: Harris Farm Markets in Redfern

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service and address their needs.
  • Deliver delicious food that makes our customers smile.
  • Keep displays fresh and appealing by keeping cases and shelves clean and well-stocked.
  • Maintain accurate department signage and pricing.
  • Stock shelves, frozen, and dairy cases fully.
  • Organize back stock effectively.
  • Ensure a safe, clean, and well-organized working and shopping environment.
  • Assist with food crew sampling programs and keep sample areas full, clean, and appealing.
  • Comply with all applicable health and safety procedures.
Requirements
  • Personality: Outgoing and bubbly, willing to engage with customers.
  • Teamwork: Coordination is key, and working together is imperative for success.
  • Flexibility: Availability across 7 busy days is a must.
