Campaign and Creative Manager

Join Launch Recruitment in a dynamic role as a Campaign and Creative Manager, where you will play a key part in driving the success of our clients' advertising campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive campaign strategies to deliver high-quality results for our clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Design, AdOps, Sales, and Account Management, to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Provide expert guidance to advertisers on creative strategy, leveraging historical data and industry insights.
  • Manage the planning and delivery of complex advertising campaigns, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
  • Identify and troubleshoot campaign-related issues, implementing solutions to optimize performance.
  • Oversee the development and delivery of high-quality creative assets, ensuring brand consistency and excellence.
  • Participate in business reviews, providing actionable insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Develop innovative solutions with advertisers and internal partners to drive campaign success.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of professional experience in digital media or marketing.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience managing projects and working cross-functionally with diverse teams.
  • Digital advertising expertise, including ad specifications, file formats, and technologies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
